Our team is built on professionalism, teamwork, and genuine care for every guest. Clean Guest Rooms, Delicious Breakfast, and Friendly Service with a Smile. Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused team member who can work both breakfast service shifts and front desk shifts . This is a dual-role position ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well independently, and takes pride in delivering excellent guest experiences. Breakfast shifts are typically in the early morning, while front desk shifts include flexible 1st and 2nd shifts .
Key Responsibilities Front Desk Duties:
Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests Process payments accurately (cash, credit, debit) Answer phones, emails, and guest inquiries promptly Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance and management Work as team player with all hotel staff Maintain a clean, organized front desk/office and lobby areas Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed Perform additional assignments as necessary
Breakfast Attendant Duties:
Set up and maintain the breakfast area each morning Prepare and restock food and beverage items Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation standards Greet guests and keep the breakfast area welcoming Control breakfast items inventory Clean & sanitize kitchen and dishes Clean and break down breakfast area after service Qualifications Must be 21 years or older High school diploma or GED required Customer service experience required Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor Strong communication and basic computer skills Ability to multitask and work independently Must be available for early mornings, weekends, and holidays Willing to train on both breakfast and front desk operations Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods (especially during breakfast shift) Lift up to 25 lbs as needed Ability to move, bend, and perform light cleaning duties Why Join Our Team?
