Front Desk Agent

As the Front Desk Agent, you are the first impression of our hotel staff and are instrumental in every guest's experience at our hotel. The ideal candidate for this position: Has excellent verbal, comprehension, listening and problem-solving skills. Displays a positive, upbeat attitude. Must be punctual, come to work in uniform, and maintain professional atmosphere. Communicate with all other departments in a respectful, effective, and timely manner. Ensure prompt and courteous service to guests and that all guest experiences exceed expectations. Must have open availability including holidays and weekends . We are open 24hrs a day, 7 days a week
