Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, providing efficient check-in and check-out services while ensuring a positive first impression Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and a friendly attitude to enhance overall guest satisfaction Manage multi-line phone systems, answer incoming calls promptly, and direct them appropriately using proper phone etiquette Conduct nightly audit procedures by reviewing reservations, billing information, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, inspecting the premises, and controlling access to the hotel during overnight hours Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to support operational transparency and accountability Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest records, processing payments, and coordinating with housekeeping or maintenance teams as needed Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong advantage for communicating with diverse guests Demonstrated customer service excellence with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving skills Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is desirable Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for nightly audits and record keeping Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods during shifts while maintaining a professional demeanor Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, including phone etiquette and guest services best practices Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality talents shine!
