What You'll Do As a Guest Service Associate, you are the face of the center and play a huge role in creating an unforgettable guest experience from the moment a guest walks through our doors.

Responsibilities Include:

Creating a warm, upbeat, and welcoming environment for every guest Educating guests on our Wax Pass membership program, services, and products Achieving individual and team sales goals through recommendations and guest relationships Managing reservations and maintaining smooth guest flow throughout the day Assisting with opening and closing procedures Keeping the center clean, stocked, and guest-ready at all times Supporting center events, promotions, and local marketing initiatives Delivering the European Wax Center brand experience using EWC terminology and service standards

What We're Looking For The Ideal Candidate:
