Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, service-driven Front Desk Agent / Relief Night Audit to be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences. This hybrid position is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is flexible to support both front desk operations and overnight audit functions as needed. As part of our team, you will manage all aspects of the guest journey from check-in to check-out while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and genuine care in every interaction. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression Perform all check-in and check-out procedures accurately Manage online, phone, and walk-in reservations Provide clear information about rooms, rates, amenities, and hotel services Register guests and verify payment methods and credit card details Handle guest inquiries and concerns in a timely, professional manner Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction Support group reservations and assist with VIP and special-event guests Upsell hotel services and amenities when appropriate Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and guest information Relief Night Audit Duties (as needed): Perform night audit procedures and reconcile daily transactions Generate reports and ensure accuracy of financial postings Monitor overnight operations and ensure guest safety and satisfaction Handle late arrivals, early departures, and overnight guest needs Qualifications & Skills Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Night Auditor, or similar role preferred Minimum 1 year of hotel experience required Experience with
OPERA PMS
required Strong customer service mindset with a passion for hospitality Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Flexibility to work evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays Familiarity with platforms such as Booking.com or TripAdvisor is a plus Why Join Us?
