Plymouth Yoga Room has been serving the Plymouth community since 2009. For many of our students, we're more than a yoga studio—we're a place where they find support, connection, consistency, and a sense of belonging. We're looking for a Front Desk Assistant who wants to become an important part of that experience. This is not a temporary summer position or a short-term stop between jobs. About Plymouth Yoga Room Located in the heart of downtown Plymouth, Plymouth Yoga Room is a boutique yoga studio offering heated yoga classes seven days a week, infrared saunas, and a welcoming community-centered environment. We believe exceptional experiences come from exceptional people. Every interaction matters—from the first phone call to greeting a student by name as they walk through our doors. What You'll Do As a Front Desk Assistant, you'll help create the experience our students know and love.

Responsibilities include:

Welcoming students and guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm. Helping new students feel comfortable and confident getting started. Checking students into classes and assisting with account questions. Answering phones, emails, and customer inquiries. Educating students about memberships, introductory offers, classes, and services. Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting studio environment. Supporting daily studio operations and administrative tasks. Helping create a positive, connected community atmosphere. Working collaboratively with teachers and team members to ensure a seamless student experience. Required Availability We are specifically seeking someone available for several of the following shifts: Monday evenings Wednesday evenings Friday afternoons Saturday mornings Sunday evenings Additional coverage opportunities may be available. Because consistency is important to our students and team, applicants must be able to commit to a regular schedule.
