Our properties range from cozy retreats to high-end stays, and we take pride in providing personalized service that keeps guests coming back year after year. Position Overview We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Guest Services Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment. You'll be a key point of contact for guests, helping ensure every stay runs smoothly from booking to check-out. We do not have a central office; this is a work from home position. You may be required to occasionally drive to one of our rentals. Gas stipend provided. We are looking for a long-term commitment. Our systems and software are complex, not suitable for a short-term job. Key Responsibilities Communicate with guests before, during, and after their stay via phone, text, and email Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and special requests Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure properties are guest-ready Monitor reservations and assist with scheduling and calendar management Maintain high standards of customer service and attention to detail Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer service or hospitality experience preferred Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude Basic computer skills (email, booking platforms, messaging apps) Availability for some evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer Competitive pay at $30+/hour depending on experience Flexible part-time schedule Supportive, family-oriented work environment Opportunity to grow with a thriving local business How to Apply Please send your resume and a brief note about your availability and experience to hello@vacationdurango.com.
