7 months with possible extension Job Description Position Overview Under the direction of the supervisor of front desk/operations this position will help support the supervisor in all front desk operations, assist in donations and validating employee parking. This is a very busy environment, and we are seeking a candidate with great customer service skills and the ability to multi-task between phone calls, walk-ins and validating parking. Job Responsibilities Validate all employee parking Manage spreadsheet Keep parking contracts on file and up to date Assist with sorting/organizing and disbursing of donations Assist with answering calls during busy times Assist with greeting clients Assist with special projects #TB_EN #ZR Why TalentBurst?
