True Blue Hospitality proudly operates six hotels across the Charleston, SC area. We're passionate about delivering award-winning guest service and are looking for dedicated, customer-focused individuals to join our team at the Charleston Creekside Inn, one of the area's most unique and welcoming waterfront hotels.

The Position:

We have a Full-Time Front Desk Agent opening working (3 p.m. - 11 p.m.) for friendly, reliable, and motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, guest-centered environment.

What You'll Do:

Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism Perform all front desk functions: check-ins, check-outs, reservations, billing, and guest inquiries Manage the flow of guests using our property management system Provide courteous, efficient service while maintaining company standards Represent the hotel with a neat, professional appearance (uniform and nametag provided)
