Job Description

We are seeking a dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and can confidently manage multiple responsibilities at once.
Job Responsibilities:
Answer and manage multiple phone lines professionally Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures Use hotel computer systems efficiently and accurately Handle guest questions, reservations, and problem-solving Maintain professionalism during busy periods Communicate effectively with guests and team members Complete required daily front desk tasks and reports Assist with cleaning and maintaining front desk and common areas as needed
Requirements:
Strong computer and office skills are
REQUIRED
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email systems, and web-based programs Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism Must be dependable, organized, self-motivated, and a self-starter Ability to work productively both independently and as part of a team Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required Must be comfortable with customer-facing responsibilities in a busy environment Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Must be able to bend, lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs as needed Must be comfortable alternating between sitting and standing throughout shifts Must be available to work multiple shifts, including weekends and holidays Prior hotel or office experience preferred, but willingness to learn is essential

This is not a "sit behind the desk" position. Applicants must be comfortable handling phones, computers, guest interactions, cleaning responsibilities, and multiple tasks simultaneously throughout their shift. Applicants who are not comfortable with technology , multitasking, independent productivity, or customer-facing responsibilities may find this position challenging.
