Under the direction of the Member Experience Director, the Front Desk Associate / Floater supports daily front desk operations and helps create a welcoming environment for members, guests, and program participants.This position will initially provide coverage for a temporary staff absence on a weekday 1:00 PM-5:00 PM shift, with rotating weekends 7:30 AM-1:00 PM . The temporary assignment is expected to last approximately 6-8 weeks , although the exact duration may vary. Prior to the employee's absence, the selected candidate will train alongside the current staff member to learn front desk procedures and ensure a smooth transition. Upon completion of the temporary assignment, the position will transition into a Front Desk Floater role. In this capacity, the employee will provide coverage for staff absences, vacations, and schedule changes. Floater staff may be scheduled for morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts based on operational needs. As permanent positions become available, there may be opportunities to move into a regularly scheduled part-time shift.
