Position Summary We're seeking a professional, customer-focused Front of House Team Member to be the first and lasting impression of Noble Dog Hotel. You'll manage client check
  • ins/check-outs, answer inquiries, coordinate chauffeur services, schedule tours, process payments, and support our operations with attention to detail and warmth.
Key Responsibilities Client Services & Communication Greet clients with professionalism and genuine care Process check-ins and check-outs accurately Answer phones and respond to inquiries about boarding, grooming, training, and daycare services Manage client accounts in Paw Partner and other systems Maintain positive client relationships and resolve concerns professionally Chauffeur Coordination Schedule and coordinate transportation services for dog pickups and drop-offs Communicate pickup/drop-off details to chauffeur drivers Confirm reservations and respond to transportation requests Maintain organized records of all chauffeur services Tour Scheduling & Sales Schedule facility tours and consultations with prospective clients Conduct professional tours showcasing our amenities and services Answer questions about boarding options, grooming packages, and training programs Upsell service enhancements (grooming add-ons, enrichment classes, training sessions, etc.) Track tour inquiries and follow up appropriately Administrative Support Process payments accurately and securely Maintain organized client files and records Prepare and label suite assignments for departing guests Support inventory and supply organization as needed Assist with general office duties and documentation Team Collaboration Work closely with BOH (Back of House) teams to coordinate care details Communicate special requests, behavioral notes, and client preferences Report to the FOH Lead and support team initiatives Participate in staff training and educational opportunities Required Qualifications Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills Strong customer service experience Ability to multitask and manage multiple client inquiries Comfortable with technology and point-of-sale/scheduling systems Reliable transportation (chauffeur duties may be required) Attention to detail with organizational skills Passion for animals and pet care Flexible availability; some evening and weekend hours required Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in pet care, hospitality, or service industry Familiarity with Paw Partner or similar booking systems Sales or upselling experience Knowledge of dog behavior and grooming services Local knowledge of Greenville area (beneficial for chauffeur routes) What We Offer Competitive pay with opportunities for advancement comprehensive pet care benefits and discounts supportive, dog-loving team environment professional development and training opportunities flexible scheduling, healthcare benefits.
