Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster positive guest relations. Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest preferences using hotel management software. Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions, ensuring financial accuracy, and preparing reports. Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences. Uphold excellent phone etiquette and ensure all interactions reflect our commitment to hospitality excellence. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency are advantageous for serving diverse guests effectively. Familiarity with hospitality management systems and multi-line phone systems is beneficial. Knowledge of guest services, resort operations, and hotel experience will help you excel in this role. Ability to handle night audit responsibilities with accuracy and attention to detail.
