Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk & Night Audit professional! In this energetic role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, providing exceptional guest services during both daytime 3pm-11pm and overnight shifts 11pm-7am. Your expertise in hospitality management, guest relations, and hotel operations will ensure every visitor experiences a seamless and memorable stay. Bilingual abilities and multilingual skills are highly valued to connect with our diverse clientele. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your customer service talents while maintaining the smooth operation of front desk activities and night audit procedures. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in efficiently, and provide outstanding customer service throughout their stay Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude Manage multi-line phone systems, answer incoming calls promptly, and direct calls appropriately using proper phone etiquette Maintain accurate reservation records, update guest accounts, and process payments securely Conduct night audit procedures by reconciling daily financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring all accounts are balanced Monitor security cameras and perform routine checks to ensure safety and security within the hotel premises during overnight shifts Assist with guest check-out processes, coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness, and handle late arrivals or special requests efficiently Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest relations Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is a plus Excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, and attention to detail Ability to work flexible hours including night shifts in a fast-paced environment Previous experience with night audit procedures or hotel experience is highly desirable Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
