Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously. ###
Duties:
  • Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
  • Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
  • Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special requests
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Process guest payments and ensure billing accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
  • Address guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations ###
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in hospitality or front desk role preferred
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
