Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Guest Services Coordinator to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our hospitality services, ensuring every guest receives outstanding customer service and a memorable experience. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a warm, inviting atmosphere for all visitors and guests, supporting the overall mission of excellence in hospitality. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in assistance Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, using proper phone etiquette to assist callers effectively Coordinate guest requests, inquiries, and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and reservations, supporting smooth front desk operations Assist with night audit procedures when required, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences Collaborate with hotel management and staff to uphold high standards of guest relations and hospitality Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems Knowledge of hotel management systems and guest services software Ability to manage night audit procedures with accuracy and attention to detail Exceptional communication skills to foster positive guest relations in a fast-paced environment
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
