Reservation Specialist

We are seeking one

PART TIME

(3-4 days per week) highly motivated, experienced, Front Desk Reservation clerk for a busy RV Resort

YEAR ROUND.

With the part time person you will work every-weekend . Weekends are a MUST. You will then have 3 to 4 days off during the week. This candidates must have an outgoing personality, proficient knowledge of operating a multi-line phone system and excellent phone and communication skills. Duties include, but are not limited to, greeting and assisting customers, providing needed information with the ability to multi-task, making reservations and checking in guests.

Requirements:

You will receive 3-4 days off during the week We make the Schedule a month in advance § Holiday hours are required Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Exceptionally proficient in Excel, Word and Data Entry Willingness to learn new computer software Demonstrate a knowledge of surrounding attractions Team Player Multi-tasker and work well under pressure Detail oriented, organized and efficient Work well with supervision or independently Excellent work ethic

Punctual Compensation:

Hourly pay Starting $16-$17 per hour After 90 days review Holiday pay 5 personal days paid

Pay:

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
