In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while delivering top-tier guest relations in a vibrant resort or hotel setting. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in efficiently, and provide key information about hotel amenities and services Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with a proactive attitude to ensure satisfaction Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to support financial accuracy Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications to optimize occupancy and revenue Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards to foster a positive experience for all visitors Skills Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel or resort environments Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of front desk operations, including night audit procedures and guest services protocols Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient communication Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations professionally while maintaining a positive attitude This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive on delivering outstanding guest experiences.
