Full Job Description Front Desk Associate Duties:
  • Your are the face of the hotel. Greeting guests with a smile and having a upbeat and positive attitude at all timeS is a MUST!
  • Check in and check out guests. Make reservations.
  • Assisting guests with their hotel/travel needs: directions, recommending activities, local venues, tourist areas and restaurant's
  • Responsible cash handling and payments
  • Must be a problem solver with any guest issues or needs and able to provide guest resolutions
  • Daily cleaning and other tasks
  • Applicant must have open availability, able to work any shift (7-3, 3-11 and Audit). We are a hotel and are always open, so holidays and weekends are a Must.
  • Previous Choice Advantage system experience is welcomed but we will also traiN the right candidate
  • Previous hotel experience is preferred, but related experience is welcomed too
