Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously Handle reservation bookings, modifications, and cancellations accurately using hotel management software Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs, resolving issues promptly, and offering local recommendations Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, requests, and complaints to ensure high-quality service delivery Assist with night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests efficiently Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all communication reflects the hotel's welcoming atmosphere Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred; hotel experience is highly valued Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency are a significant advantage for serving diverse guests effectively Familiarity with front desk procedures, including night audit processes and multi-line phone systems Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems is beneficial Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an energetic approach to guest interactions Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism while maintaining a positive attitude Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests!
