Today Job Description Join Our Team as a Hotel Front Desk Representative! Are you a people person with a passion for providing excellent customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping guests have a memorable experience during their stay? If so, we invite you to apply for the position of Hotel Front Desk Representative at Staybridge Suites Empire Mall in Sioux Falls, SD.
Job Responsibilities:
Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities Assist guests with reservations and room assignments Process payments and maintain guest accounts Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean and organized Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using computer systems and office software Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Hospitality industry experience is a plus Must pass a background check
