Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach. Operate multi-line phone systems, answer incoming calls promptly, and direct them appropriately. Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest preferences. Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly. Uphold phone etiquette standards to ensure clear, courteous communication at all times. Support guest relations initiatives to foster loyalty and positive reviews. Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively. Knowledge of hospitality management systems and hotel management software is preferred. Experience with night audit procedures is a plus for candidates interested in overnight shifts. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and multi-line phone system operation. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and night shifts as needed.
