Answering all guest questions or concerns in person and by phone. All front desk positions clean and maintain the lobby area and keep up with the coffee/ breakfast area. This position will be 30-40 hours a week with holidays and weekends being mandatory. Communication, accuracy, and reliability are crucial to this position.
