This role combines guest service with ensuring smooth hotel operations, and exceptional guest experiences. Part-time hours, overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide front desk coverage during overnight shifts, including guest check-ins and check-outs Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, messages and concerns Conduct routine property checks to ensure safety and security Set up breakfast
