On-site (Not Remote) Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our guests. In this role, you will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors. This position requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to handle a variety of guest needs during evening and overnight hours. Key Responsibilities Greet guests and efficiently process check-ins and check-outs Manage room reservations, changes, cancellations, and room assignments Handle guest requests, concerns, and special accommodations promptly and professionally Process payments, verify billing information, and resolve discrepancies Issue and manage room keys Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs Maintain accurate records and follow all company policies and procedures Respond to guest issues and escalate concerns to management when necessary Anticipate guest needs to ensure a positive experience Qualifications Prior cash handling experience required High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic leadership and problem-solving abilities Effective time management skills Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English Additional Requirements Must be able to pass a background check Availability to work assigned evening or overnight shifts Dependable and punctual Must be at least 21 years old
