Front Desk Operations:
Registering guests, issuing room keys, and managing check-out procedures, often using specialized property management systems.
Guest Relations:
Greeting guests, responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Communication:
Acting as a liaison between guests and departments like Housekeeping and Maintenance.
Administration:
Handling cash and credit card transactions, managing billing, and maintaining accurate records.
Safety & Security:
Ensuring guest privacy, maintaining a secure, clean, and organized front desk area .
