Front Desk Agent (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Job Overview Hilton Knoxville is hiring Front Desk Agents (Full-Time & Part-Time) to join our high-performing hospitality team. This is a guest-facing customer service role in a fast-paced hotel environment , ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. Weekend availability is required. Key Responsibilities Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently Provide outstanding customer service and guest relations throughout the stay Manage hotel reservations, room assignments, and billing Handle high-volume guest interactions , phone calls, and service requests Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, urgency, and empathy Maintain strong communication with housekeeping, engineering, and management teams Ensure accuracy in the property management system (PMS) and daily transactions Qualifications Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Strong multitasking and time management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and organizational ability Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays (required) Compensation & Benefits Free employee parking Free meal per shift Hilton Team Member Travel Program (discounted hotel rates worldwide) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) retirement plan Growth and advancement opportunities within a multi-property hospitality portfolio Why Join Our Team?
