Front Desk Agent Availability:

Must have open availability, including weekends and holidays We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional individual to join our Front Desk team! As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play an important role in providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities include:

Checking guests in and out efficiently Answering phones and assisting with reservations Providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions Handling guest requests and resolving issues with a positive attitude Maintaining accurate records and reports

Requirements:

Open availability (including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays) Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable and professional appearance Prior hotel or customer service experience a plus (but not required) How to
