Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and flexible Front Desk Agent to join our team on a very flexible part-time, fill-in basis. This position is ideal for someone seeking supplemental income and who has availability to work a variety of shifts as needed, including days, evenings, weekends and overnight coverage.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
- Handle guest questions and resolve concerns
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance staff
- Follow Hilton brand standards and hotel policies
Schedule:
- Part time / fill-in position. Coverage for vacations, call outs.. I can guarantee one day a week, Saturday first shift if needed, all other shifts would be as needed.
- Hours vary based on staffing needs.
