Job Description

We are seeking a dependable, friendly, and customer service-driven Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in helping people have a great stay.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner Check-in and check-out guests efficiently using hotel management software Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries, requests, or complaints Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately Process payments and maintain accurate records Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed Provide local information and recommendations to guests Handle guest issues or emergencies calmly and effectively Follow all safety and security protocols
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred (not required) Experience at a Hyatt hotel preferred (not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using computers and basic software applications Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and behavior Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays High school diploma or equivalent
