Job Summary:
Front Desk Associate Essential Functions:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Lead Front Desk. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. ```Responsibilities```
  • Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
  • Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
  • Assist guests with reservations, room changes, and other requests
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction ```Experience```
  • Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role preferred
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is a plus
  • Familiarity with night audit processes is an advantage
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment.

Key Responsibilities Guest/Client Interaction:
First point of contact, welcoming, directing, and assisting visitors/patients.
Administrative Tasks:
Answering phones, managing emails, scheduling, data entry, and office upkeep.
Sales & Upselling:
Promoting services, memberships, or upgrades (e.g., hotel rooms, dental plans, car packages).
Problem Solving:
Handling complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Experience:
Previous front desk, customer service, or sales roles are beneficial, but attitude often trumps experience. •

Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills Adequate written and oral communications skills Knowledge of basic mathematics Must be able to work effectively as a team member Must be able to take direct and indirect instructions and orders from management Must be able to lift 45+ pound tires using proper lifting technique on a consistent basis Must have the stamina to work at a fast pace for extended periods Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required Must possess a valid driver's license.
