Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is essential in creating positive guest experiences and maintaining the high standards of our hospitality services. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes. Manage reservations and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions using phone systems and hotel management software. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Provide support for phone etiquette, ensuring all calls are answered courteously and efficiently. Assist in promoting hotel services to enhance guest relations. Requirements Previous experience in front desk operations or hospitality is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building positive guest relations.
