VinnyLinks is a Par 28 walking course totaling 1,210 yards. VinnyLinks is also the home of First Tee Tennessee which is a junior golf program focused on empowering kids and teens through the game of golf. ## Job Summary We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk. ## Responsibilities
- Open golf course, complete shift tasks listed on checklist
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Restock Food, Beverages, & Merchandise
- Answer phone calls and questions customers have
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area ## Requirements
- Willingness to learn and be a team-player
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
