Jón Alan Salon is looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Guest Services Team Member to join our salon family! As the first and last impression of our salon, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences while supporting our talented team.

What You'll Do:

✨ Greet guests with warmth and professionalism ✨ Schedule appointments and manage salon bookings ✨ Answer phones, texts, and guest inquiries ✨ Check guests in and out efficiently ✨ Recommend salon products and promotions ✨ Support salon operations and maintain a polished front desk environment ✨ Work collaboratively with our service providers and leadership team

We're Looking For Someone Who:
