Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through friendly and professional interactions. Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and effective problem-solving skills. Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience. Coordinate reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately while maintaining up-to-date records. Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial reporting. Maintain excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple lines to assist guests and internal departments seamlessly. Support guest relations by addressing special requests or needs promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction. Uphold hotel policies on safety, security, and confidentiality while fostering a welcoming environment for all guests. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet quality standards. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with hospitality management systems and multi-line phone systems enhances efficiency in this role. Experience in night audit procedures or hotel experience involving guest services is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations professionally while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, including phone etiquette and guest interaction protocols. Bilingual or multilingual skills are advantageous for serving diverse guest populations.
