Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction Manage guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with professionalism and a proactive attitude Handle phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, ensuring clear communication across all channels Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and billing information in accordance with hotel policies Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve issues promptly Skills Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations Extensive experience in front desk operations and guest services within a resort or hotel setting Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient communication Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to engage guests professionally at all times This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive in fast-paced environments.
