Hotel Front Desk Clerk

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk with experience in Oracle Opera Cloud to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, handling reservations, and ensuring smooth daily front desk operations. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner Perform check-in and check-out procedures using Opera Cloud Verify reservations, process payments, and handle guest accounts Run daily reports, including arrivals, departures, and in-house guests Handle phone calls, walk-ins, and guest inquiries Ensure proper credit card authorization and folio accuracy Maintain accurate records and follow cash handling procedures Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction Requirements Experience with Opera Cloud PMS preferred Previous hotel front desk experience is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn hotel systems Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Opportunity for growth and advancement Employee discounts and incentives How to Apply Please text your full name, availability (days/times), and interview availability to:
