Job Description

Overview We are seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team at our resort. The ideal candidate will excel in guest relations, customer service, and hotel management operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience throughout their stay. The position requires excellent communication skills, hospitality management expertise, and a passion for providing outstanding guest services. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and check them in efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professional phone etiquette and hospitality standards Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately while maintaining guest records Assist guests with check-out procedures, billing questions, and special requests to ensure guest satisfaction Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly Maintain a clean and organized front desk area that reflects the hotel's hospitality standards Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Support night audit procedures as needed to ensure accurate financial reporting and security Requirements Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred; hospitality management or hotel experience is a plus Bilingual or multilingual skills highly desirable to assist diverse guests effectively Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest services excellence Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism Knowledge of resort operations, hotel management software, and night audit procedures is advantageous Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as needed in a hospitality environment Demonstrated ability to manage guest concerns with tact and professionalism Join our team as a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences that keep guests returning.
