Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at a premier resort. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight shift. This position involves performing night audits, managing guest services, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all guests. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Uphold high standards of hospitality management by creating a welcoming environment for guests. Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Assist in maintaining security protocols throughout the resort during overnight hours. Qualifications Previous experience in night audit or similar roles within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Knowledge of hotel management software is an advantage. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while managing multiple tasks efficiently. A background in hospitality management or related fields is desirable.
