If you have a knack for talking (a.k.a. customer service), then we want YOU to join our Front Office team! : ) Experience is not necessary but a plus Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests. Responsibilities Welcome the guests upon their arrival and assign rooms while consistently offering professional, friendly and engaging service. Provide guests information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities in an informative and helpful way Handle Guest concerns and react promptly, logging, notifying proper areas and ensuring the utmost satisfaction in resolutions. Perform all check-in and check-out tasks Manage online and phone reservations Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay) Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests' needs Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate Requirements and skills Customer service attitude Excellent communication and organizational skills •It's that simple!•Who are we looking for?
