What You'll Do:
Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, making them feel welcome. Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently and accurately. Answer guest inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Handle guest concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction. Process payments, manage billing, and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met.

What We're Looking For:
Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience (preferred but not required). Strong communication and multitasking skills. A positive, professional attitude and a commitment to hospitality. Ability to handle cash, process payments, and manage reservations accurately.
