Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression. Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and front desk software. Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and proactive solutions to ensure satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of reservations, cancellations, and billing transactions while adhering to phone etiquette standards. Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy in records. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly. Uphold hospitality management standards by delivering exceptional customer service and fostering positive guest relations. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Excellent communication skills, including professional phone etiquette and proficiency in multi-line phone systems. Knowledge of hospitality management principles and hotel experience is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed for resort operations.
