This dynamic role combines customer service excellence with efficient hotel operations, creating memorable stays for our guests. Your energetic attitude and attention to detail will help foster a warm, inviting environment that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction. Whether managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, or coordinating with various hotel departments, you will play a vital role in delivering top-tier hospitality. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with smooth check-in and check-out processes. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and prompt assistance. Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with enthusiasm and a solution-oriented mindset. Maintain accurate reservation records, update guest profiles, and coordinate room assignments efficiently. Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting. Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experiences and increase revenue opportunities. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to address guest needs promptly and effectively. Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all guest interactions reflect our commitment to hospitality excellence. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems. Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel operations best practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on guest relations. Previous experience working in a fast-paced hospitality setting preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage guest relations professionally while maintaining attention to detail.
