Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression. Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism, providing timely solutions. Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers and coordinate reservations. Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details. Support night audit responsibilities by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports as needed. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards. Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience. Uphold security protocols by monitoring access points and ensuring guest safety throughout their stay. Assist with administrative tasks related to front desk operations in a busy resort environment. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest interactions. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse guests effectively. Familiarity with hotel management software, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures is advantageous. Knowledge of resort operations, guest relations, and hospitality best practices will help you excel in this role. Excellent communication skills combined with professional phone etiquette are essential for success. Ability to handle high-pressure situations gracefully while maintaining attention to detail. Pay:
$12.50 - $14.00 per hour
