Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and friendly Guest Service Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering exceptional customer service while managing sales transactions and promoting our proprietary products. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help create a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Greet all guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales, product demos, and transactions Assist with product merchandising, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean retail space Promote and upsell our exclusive package program to enhance guest experiences Handle cash, credit card transactions, and perform accurate cash handling and retail math calculations Use strong phone etiquette to answer inquiries and schedule appointments when needed Study details of the product line and understand primary ingredients Have knowledge of all the waxing services and the areas of the body they cover Ability to appropriately speak to guests using their preferred gender identities Requirements Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred, especially in a grocery or retail environment Supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse guests effectively Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills required Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of merchandising, product demos, upselling techniques, and stock management is advantageous Maintaining a clean, professional appearance.
