Front Desk Agent

Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
• Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience in guest relations or front desk operations preferred
• Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality management
• Multilingual skills are a plus
• Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
