  • Part-time, Full-time Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests.
This energetic role offers the opportunity to create memorable experiences by providing exceptional guest services, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for our guests' stay, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere at our resort or hotel. Whether handling guest inquiries, coordinating with other departments, or managing administrative tasks, you will be instrumental in delivering top-tier hospitality. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in experience Manage reservations efficiently using hotel management software, accommodating special requests when possible Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction Assist with night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, resolving issues to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs quickly and efficiently Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing details, and special requests while adhering to privacy standards Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on customer service excellence Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guests effectively Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software for efficient operations Strong communication skills with an emphasis on courteous phone etiquette and clear verbal interactions Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently during busy periods Experience in guest relations, resort environments, or hospitality settings preferred Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel accounting practices is a plus Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Join us in creating welcoming environments where every guest feels valued!
