In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression at all times Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls efficiently Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management using various digital tools Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading with accuracy and attention to detail Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate office management tasks to ensure a well-organized workspace Support administrative functions such as photocopying, mailing, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries courteously and resolving issues swiftly Requirements Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong phone etiquette skills, including experience with multi-line phone systems and customer service excellence Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively Experience with data entry, filing systems, proofreading, and general administrative tasks Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is beneficial Ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in all responsibilities Join us as a Front Desk Clerk where your proactive attitude and dedication will help us deliver outstanding service every day!
