In this vital role, you'll be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, providing top-tier guest services, and maintaining a warm, professional atmosphere. Your multitasking skills and hospitality expertise will help create memorable stays for our guests while supporting daily hotel operations with efficiency and grace. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a vibrant resort environment dedicated to excellence in guest relations. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate services Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options to enhance guest experiences Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude and effective solutions Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest preferences, and billing details Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy Support guest relations by addressing special requests and ensuring overall satisfaction during their stay Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with international guests Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred Knowledge of guest services, hospitality standards, and hotel management best practices Previous experience in night audit procedures is a plus but not required Excellent communication skills with bilingual capabilities are advantageous for this role Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your dedication makes every guest feel valued!
