Job Description
Job description: Must have previous PEP experience! As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Your responsibilities will include checking guests in and out, handling reservations, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.
Duties:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments accurately.
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Address guest requests and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
- Operate phone systems, handle incoming calls, and transfer calls to appropriate departments.
- Utilize bilingual skills when assisting non-native English speaking guests.
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures for guest services.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service or hospitality management.- Knowledge of front desk operations in a hotel setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for reservations and guest information.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in hospitality is advantageous.
